Cyanotype Workshop

What an incredible Sunday it was at the Cyanotype Workshop!

Cyanotype is a captivating photographic printing process that creates stunning cyan-blue prints. Attendees had the opportunity to partake and create their very own unique Cyanotype prints, and the results were truly amazing. Attendees created their very own unique artwork and gain skills to continue experimenting this captivating art form at home. Whilst exploring the historical photographic process using plants, found objects, and sunlight.

It’s great to hear the fantastic feedback from our wonderful attendees. They described the experience as nothing short of amazing! They left with newfound knowledge and insights, and a strong desire for further exploration in the World of Cyanotype.

Led by experienced instructor, Renata Buziak, a biochrome photo-media artist, researcher, and educator with over 15 years of teaching experience. Renata was delighted with the engagement and focus displayed by everyone. She mentioned that it was such a fabulous and creative group to work with! "It was a pleasure to see all of your beautiful artworks come to life."

A massive thank you to Renata for bringing her workshop to Mitchell and sharing her knowledge of the World of Cyanotype with us.

Thank you to all that attended the workshop and supported the Mitchell on Maranoa Gallery.

Stay tuned for more exciting workshops and opportunities to delve deeper into this fascinating art form.
