Paint & Sip Workshop - 1
The Mitchell on Maranoa Gallery successfully hosted it’s first Paint & Sip Workshop on February 24th, 2023. The night was a delightful blend of laughter and sipping with a little bit of paint. Led by the talented Deb Anderson, participants embarked on an acrylic canvas painting adventure, blending creativity with a touch of conviviality.
A heartfelt thank you to Deb Anderson, the local art instructor for the night. This was Deb’s first ever time instructing an art workshop, her skills were nothing short of amazing. Her attention to detail meant that she gave everybody personalised advice, greatly appreciated by all participants.
Congratulations to Penny for winning the lucky door prize. Thank you, Mitchell Pharmacy, for your generous donation.
Also, a big thank you to ALT.Skills for supplying the grazing boxes on the night, they were delicious.
The night ended with a walk through the gallery for a
viewing of the MPHS Exhibition.

"The Muse" by Deb Anderson was the inspiration piece for the Mitchell on Maranoa Galleries first Paint & Sip Workshop. Such a beautiful composition of colours, finished off with a freeform tree.
